This Statement shall prevail should there be any inconsistency between this Statement and the Terms and Conditions (if any) of the website at https://www.heal-aesthetic.com/ (“Website”) (the “Terms and Conditions”) This Statement is governed by and observes the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486) (the “Ordinance”).
HEAL is part of the New Frontier Group which is a healthcare conglomerate with medical facilities and training institutions (the New Frontier Group and joint venture companies together referred to as “Affiliates”).
Your help in providing personal data in the Registration Form and/or Online Contact Form allows us to deliver the services and goods to you as stated in the “Purpose for using personal data”.

We may collect your personal data which may include, but not limited to your name, gender, age, date of birth, identification document number, contact details (i.e. contact number and email address), residential address, tracking information about your use of the Website and transaction information, etc.

Purposes for using personal data

To process and answer your queries and requests about HEAL and its services (“Services”);
Providing you with the services requested at HEAL;

Seeking your feedback, including through surveys, in relation to the Purposes and/or the Services;
